Please share only information relevant to your project and avoid including sensitive personal information in messages or photographs.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, prepare or discuss an estimate, coordinate appointments, and communicate about requested services. If you separately opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number for estimate, appointment, and project updates.
SMS privacy and consent
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent. Service providers that support our messaging may process this information only to deliver and operate the requested communications on our behalf.

Service providers and website operations
Our hosting, customer relationship management, and communication providers may process information necessary to operate the website, manage inquiries, and deliver messages. Technical request information such as IP address, browser information, and security logs may be processed for reliability, abuse prevention, and recordkeeping. Where the online form is connected, submissions and optional uploads are handled by the 360 CRM service.
This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics service in its current implementation. Fonts and project images are served as website assets. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Photos and project information
A photo upload is optional. Uploaded files are intended for reviewing your inquiry and are handled through private CRM storage rather than a public gallery. Submitting a photo does not authorize us to publish it as marketing material. Please provide only photos you have permission to share.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information as needed to respond, manage related services, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the project and record. We use service providers and access controls to support secure handling, but no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
